1. Who can participate in the referral program?

Anyone can join once approved through our referral signup form.

2. Can I refer myself?

No. Self-referrals are not eligible.

3. Do past clients I already referred before the program launched count?

No. Only referrals made after the program start date are eligible.

4. What products or services qualify for a referral reward?

Referrals apply only to gown, dress, and suit rentals or purchases. They do not apply to:

  • Accessories (veils, jewelry, shoes, etc.)

  • Alterations

  • Dry cleaning or preservation services

  • Consultations or other service-only transactions

5. When is a referral considered “successful”?

A referral is successful when:

  1. The bride or groom books with your code,

  2. Their payment is completed in full,

  3. The rental or purchase has been fulfilled.

6. How much do I earn per referral?

You earn $2,000 JMD per successful referral.

7. Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?

No. You can earn unlimited rewards.

8. What does the bride or groom receive?

They get a 5% discount on their rental or purchase when they use your code.

9. What if two people refer the same bride/groom?

The referral reward goes to the person whose code was used at booking.

10. How and when will I be paid?

Payouts are processed after the referred transaction is completed and paid in full. We pay via Lynk or bank transfer.

11. What if I don’t want to share my bank details?

To receive payouts, you must provide either valid bank account details or a Lynk account. Without one of these, we will not be able to compensate you for referrals.

12. How long after the transaction will I get my payout?

Within 3-5 business days of the rental/purchase being concluded.

13. Can I transfer or share my referral code with someone else?

No. Each referral code is tied to one person.

14. What if the client cancels or requests a refund?

If a rental or purchase is cancelled, refunded, or not completed, the referral is not eligible for payout.

15. Can I have multiple referral codes?

No. Each participant is assigned one unique referral code. Having multiple codes creates admin overhead and confusion. Attempting to obtain more than one code may result in your referral status being revoked.

16. Can the 5% discount be combined with other offers?

No. The referral discount cannot be stacked with other promotions, coupons, or package deals.

17. Can accessories or add-ons be discounted with the code?

No. The discount is only valid for gowns, dresses, and suits.

18. Can codes expire?

Codes remain valid as long as the referral program is active.

19. Can Unions Bridal Boutique change or end the referral program?

Yes. We reserve the right to update or discontinue the program at any time.
